Ordering
Appraisal orders are made simple, for businesses and individuals alike, through the use of the Appraisal Request button located at the home-page of this website. An email confirmation will be automatically sent to you after clicking the "Submit" button at the bottom of the order form.
Report delivery
Utilizing Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF) files, we deliver complete, multi-page reports, including digital photos and maps, through simple e-mail. The appraisal will be delivered to the person or entity indicated as the "Client" in the Appraisal Report. When requested, copies of the appraisal report can be routed to persons or entities designated as authorized recipients by the client.
